What eye makeup is good for someone with puffiness under there eyes?
Dark eye makeup and eyeliner sometimes brings OUT the bags under my eyes. but since i have big eyes, bright eyeshadows look horrible and make my eyes look rounder when all i want is a longer, exotic eye look…which comes from that black eyeliner, smokey look that brings out the natural lines under my eyes. what’s good makeup for someone like me?? i need a makeup expert here 
Go to a nearby Aveda salon. They have some of the best (smoothing, concealing, puffiness-reducing) eye serums and creams. You can get them on line too.

I would google search Bee Luscious Cosmetics they have incredible mineral shadows that last all day but the best product I would suggest for you is their hydra bright line diffuser, its for dark circles it really makes them just disappear. They have awesome mascara’s and eye liners as well. Give it a whirl you will be very happily surprised.
well before you put on any make-up try putting tea bags on ur eyes that will help some! then put a cream looking on ur eye then some gray smoky look in the crease of ur eye and stay with eyeliner it is a lifesaver too all women

If your eyes are puffy then try putting some cold milk under the eyes for a few minutes with a napkin or something. Here’s a tip for exotic eyes put on white eyeliner first a little wide, then put on the black eyeliner w/pencil small line & extend it a little outside the eye go a little up. so it’s like a curve. Then put on the liquid eyeliner put on the eyeshadow on the lid, put on black eyeliner on the inside of the bottom eye, then put on a lot of mascara & that makes your eyes look more catlike and bigger.
