Where to find Eye Primer in Cosmetics at Drugstore or Wal-mart?

I’ve been using my under eye concealer as a primer, and I’ve found the eyeshadow adheres to it pretty decent. Is Primer all it;s cracked up to be? And can it be found in a Wal-mart Cosmetic Aisle?

Eh, concealer isn’t good as a primer or a base. L’oreal Decrease or Neutrogena Skin Smoothing Eye Tints Eyeshadow Primer are good drugstore options.

I bought Revlon primer in Rite Aid after reading that it would help smooth my enlarged pores if I used it under my foundation. It does nothing honestly, and it leaves my skin feeling icky. For my eyelids, I use regular concealer, and that helps my eyeshadow go on smoothly and stick. I can’t see any other reason to use primer on your eyes. I use Max Factor Pan stick.
